Manhattan Plane Crash

Yankees pitcher Cory Lidle and his flight instructor were killed Wednesday when the 34-year-old ballplayer’s plane crashed into a high-rise apartment building in New York, city and baseball team officials said.

It seems like a case of engine malfunction(or so it has been discussed). Thankfully, no residents of the high rise were killed though the sight of a plane crashing into a building did rekindle fears of a 9/11 repeat. Shudder.
Hopefully, they are coping well.
